Given the recent developments around the coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to share what we are doing to support the health and safety of our customers and associates.

In response to the Coronavirus outbreak and the news from the Governor of the State of Ohio, we have taken a number of additional measures to further protect our employees and those we serve.

• These include the following:Increasing our cleaning and sanitation protocols
• Closely monitoring the health and well-being of employees
• Continuously monitoring the situation and implementing additional measures as needed
• We’re committed to making your experience safe
• We have a plan in place and will continually monitor the latest updates on what is no doubt a very fluid situation. We’ll continue update our plan and procedures as necessary. And we’ll certainly keep you updated as we go.

We use a phenomenol eco-friendly, food-safe, disinfectant that has been approved by the EPA to kill the coronavirus tha causes COVID-19. We use it on all surfaces like door knobs, handles, faucets, toilets, the works.

There are spray bottles of this disinfectant in each bathroom, the kitchen, and by the front door. Feel free to apply it to any surface that you’re concerned about.
