Access to the conference room is included as part of your membership. The listed pricing is for non-members. The conference room is available on a first-come basis. Please be respectful of the other members and not hog the conference room. If you need the conference room for a specific time, please let us know so that we can block its usage.

Your coworking membership begins the day you sign up. Your anniversary date (AKA when your membership fee is due) will be that day of the month, going forward. If you need your membership anniversary to be another date, let us know and we can pro-rate your first month.

Membership fees are paid via a credit card on file. Your credit card will be charged on your anniversary date, until you cancel your membership.

Co-Working Membership agreements are month-to-month. No first or last month deposit. Memberships can be terminated any time, but we request notification at least 15 days before your anniversary date, so that we can make sure the you are taken out of the system. Any requests to cancel after your anniversary date will incur a $35 processing fee.

All members need to provide a copy of their State ID (Driver’s License, for most people) and a signed copy of our membership agreement. We try to keep it short, basically, “Don’t be a jerk, and we’ll all get along just fine.”
